Overview
DEEM was tasked with organizing a surprise party for a client’s best friend’s 30th birthday. The goal was to create an evening of joy and excitement, with the theme focused on “Hollywood Glam.” Every detail was designed to ensure the guest of honor was completely surprised, while the event exuded elegance and sophistication.
Challenges
The primary challenge was executing the surprise element flawlessly while delivering a high-end experience. Coordinating the arrival of 80 guests, entertainment, and the celebratory atmosphere, all while keeping the secret, required meticulous timing and planning.
Our Approach
Initial Planning & Coordination
We collaborated with the client to understand the guest of honor’s preferences, ensuring that the event would reflect their personality and favorite things. From selecting the rooftop venue with breathtaking city views to coordinating a surprise performance, we took care of every detail while keeping everything under wraps.
Venue Design
We transformed the rooftop lounge into a glamorous “Hollywood Glam” space, complete with a red carpet entrance and velvet ropes for a VIP experience. The venue was decorated with a chic black, gold, and red color scheme, featuring glittering centerpieces and custom signage. A photo wall displaying the guest of honor’s name in lights provided the perfect backdrop for stunning photos.
Surprise Coordination
Guests arrived early and were given specific instructions on how to maintain the surprise. We orchestrated the entrance so that the guest of honor would walk in, unaware of what awaited them. When they entered the party, they were greeted with a burst of confetti, cheers from friends and family, and the flash of cameras, creating a magical and unforgettable moment.
Entertainment
