They also requested a design aesthetic that seamlessly blended nature’s beauty with modern elegance in the reception.

Our Approach

Initial Planning

We began with several consultation meetings to understand Emma and Liam’s vision for the wedding. From these discussions, we selected an oceanfront venue with both indoor and outdoor areas that provided stunning views while ensuring a backup in case of weather disruptions. Our event design team created a comprehensive blueprint that incorporated natural floral arrangements with modern decor elements.

Our planning included meticulous coordination of every detail, from the seating arrangements and food selection to lighting design and AV setup. The DJ was provided with a playlist that mixed genres ranging from classic love songs to contemporary dance hits.

Event Design & Décor

The outdoor ceremony was set up with minimalistic yet elegant floral arches, with white and blush roses being the primary theme, as requested by the couple. Seating was arranged to allow an unobstructed view of the ocean, and a custom-built sound system ensured that the vows were heard clearly despite the open-air venue.

For the reception, the design featured a contemporary look with sleek table settings, ambient lighting, and floral centerpieces. The soft hues of the decor, combined with atmospheric lighting, created a romantic but modern environment that matched the couple’s style.

Audio & Visual Services

Given the outdoor setting, we provided specialized microphones and speakers designed to reduce the impact of wind and external noise. Our team was present throughout the event to manage sound transitions and ensure that the music, speeches, and DJ set were perfectly balanced.

DJ & Entertainment

The music started with a live string quartet for the ceremony, transitioning to a DJ who played soft, modern music during dinner and then ramped up the energy as the evening progressed. The DJ created a customized playlist based on Emma and Liam’s requests, keeping the dance floor packed with both slow dances and high-energy tracks. We worked closely with the couple to ensure their “first dance” and other key moments were flawlessly executed.

Excecution

The day began with a seamless setup of both ceremony and reception spaces. Our team worked closely with the caterers, florists, and photographers to ensure that the timeline ran smoothly and on schedule. The transition between the ceremony and reception was perfectly coordinated, with guests enjoying cocktails while the outdoor space was transformed into a dance floor.

The DJ perfectly balanced the music to cater to both young and older guests, creating a lively atmosphere that kept guests on their feet throughout the night. Our team also worked with the photographers to coordinate special moments, such as the cake-cutting ceremony, speeches, and the couple’s grand exit under sparklers.
